Clement is designed with your privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data. All app data remains entirely on your device.
Clement does not collect any personal information. There are no accounts to create, no sign-ups, and no user profiles.
Weather forecasts are fetched from Apple WeatherKit using the geographic coordinates of your selected locations. These requests are made directly to Apple's servers. Apple's Privacy Policy applies to weather data requests.
Geographic coordinates for your watched locations are stored locally on your device. Coordinates are sent only to Apple WeatherKit to retrieve forecasts. No location data is shared with any other party.
Clement does not include any analytics SDKs, tracking frameworks, or advertising identifiers. We have no way to track your usage of the app.
The only external services used are:
Subscription purchases and management are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. Clement does not process, store, or have access to any payment information.
Clement does not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. Since we collect no data from any user, this applies universally.
All app data (watched locations, presets, preferences) is stored locally on your device. You can export your data at any time via Settings to back it up or transfer it. When you delete the app, all data is permanently removed.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

By downloading, installing, or using Clement, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Clement grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on any Apple device that you own or control.
Weather forecasts are provided by Apple WeatherKit and are subject to inaccuracies. Clement does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any weather data. Do not rely on this app for safety-critical weather decisions. Always consult official weather services for severe weather warnings and safety planning.
Clement is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.
All content, design, graphics, and code in Clement are the intellectual property of the developer and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
